का.आ. 150 (अ). – िवकास पᳯरषद (ᮧᳰᮓया᭜ मक) िनयमावली 1952 के िनयम 3 और 5 के साथ पᳯठत

उ᳒ोग (िवकास और िविनयमन) अिधिनयम 1951 (1951 का 65) कᳱ धारा 6 ᳇ारा ᮧद᭜ त शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग

करते ᱟए, कᱶᮤ सरकार एतद~᳇ारा राजपᮢ मᱶ इस अिधसूचना कᳱ ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख से िन᭥ निलिखत ᭪ यिᲦ को

लुगदी, कागज और संब᳍ उ᳒ोग िवकास पᳯरषद के सद᭭ य के ᱨप मᱶ िनयु᭍ त करती है जो िनयुिᲦ पᳯरषद के

कायᭅकाल के साथ समा᭡ त होगी तथा इस ᮧयोजन के िलए ᳰदनांक 10 नवंबर, 2014 के का.आ. सं. 2877 (अ) ᳇ारा

ᮧकािशत वािण᭔ य एवं उ᳒ोग मंᮢालय, औ᳒ोिगक नीित एवं संवधᭅन िवभाग मᱶ भारत सरकार कᳱ अिधसूचना मᱶ

िन᭥ निलिखत संशोधन करती है। उ᭍ त अिधसूचना मᱶ ᮓम सं᭎ या 19 के बाद िन᭥ निलिखत जोड़ा जाए, नामत: :—

O R D E R

New Delhi, the 4th January, 2016

S.O. 150(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by section 6 of the Industries (Development &

Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), read with rules 3 and 5 of the Development Councils

(Procedural) Rules, 1952, the Central Government hereby appoints the following person to be the

member of the Development Council for Pulp, Paper and Allied Industries from the date of the

publication of this notification in the Official Gazette which shall be co-terminus with the tenure of

the Council and for the purpose makes the following amendment to the notification of the

Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Industrial Policy and

Promotion published vide S.O. No. 2877 (E ) dated 10^th November 2014. In the said notification,

after serial number 19, the following shall be inserted, namely:-

“19A.

Shri Rampraveen Swaminathan,

President, International Paper (India) Pvt. Ltd.,

Apt. No. 9, 9^th Floor,

Le Meridien Commercial Tower,

Raisina Road, New Delhi – 110 001

-Member”
