तथा 4 के साथ पᳯठत समुᮤी उ᭜ पाद िनयाᭅत िवकास ᮧािधकरण अिधिनयम, 1972 (1972 का 13) कᳱ धारा 4 कᳱ उप-धारा
(3) ᳇ारा ᮧद᭜ त शि तयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, ᳰदनांक 3 ᳰदसंबर 2015, को का.आ. सं. 3270 (अ) के तहत ᮧकािशत वािण᭔ य
एवं उ᳒ोग मंᮢालय (वािण᭔ य िवभाग), भारत सरकार कᳱ अिधसूचना मᱶ एतारा िन᭥ निलिखत संशोधन करती है, अथाᭅत :-
अिधसूचना मᱶ ᮓम. सं. (3 और 4) और उससे संबंिधत ᮧिवि᭬ टयᲂ के ᭭ थान पर िन᭥ निलिखत ᮓमांकᲂ और ᮧिवि᭬ टयᲂ को
ᮧित᭭ थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा, अथाᭅत :-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th January, 2016
G.S.R. 79(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 4 of the
Marine Products Export Development Authority Act, 1972 (13 of 1972), read with rules 3 and 4 of
the Marine Products Export Development Authority Rules, 1972, the Central Government hereby
makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of
Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, published vide S.O. No. 3270 (E), dated 3rd
December, 2015 namely:-
In the said notification, for serial number (3 and 4) and entries relating thereto, the following
serial numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
“3. Dr. Kambhampati Hari Babu, - Member
Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha
4. Shri Kalikesh Narayan Singh Deo, - Member”
Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha
