G.S.R. 89(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), as

delegated to the undersinged vide Notification No. 33/94-Cus (N.T.) dated 1-7-1994 as amended, issued by the Government

of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, New Delhi, under Clause (a) of Section 152 of Customs Act,

1962, I, hereby declare Sy. No, 28/38, Chikka Gattinagabbe, Kasaba hobli, Hoskote Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District, in

the State of Karnataka to be a Warehousing Station under Section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) for the

limited purpose of setting up of 100% Export Oriented Unit.
