(1948 का 46) कᳱ धारा 3क कᳱ उपधारा (1) ᳇ारा ᮧ᭞ᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, भारत के राजपᮢ,

असाधारण, भाग-II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) मᱶ ᮧकािशत भारत सरकार के कोयला मंᮢालय कᳱ अिधसूचना सं.

का.आ. 3609(अ), तारीख 10 ᳰदस᭥बर, 2013 मᱶ िन᭥ निलिखत संशोधन करती है ।

उᲦ अिधसूचना के ᮓ. सं. 16 और उससे संबि᭠धत ᮧिवि᳥यᲂ के ᭭थान पर िन᳜िलिखत ᮧिवि᳥यां रखी

जाएगी, अथाᭅत् :—

“ 16. ᮰ी ᮩजे᭠ᮤ कुमार राय,

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 19th January, 2016

S.O. 193(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the Coal Mines

Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1948 (46 of 1948), read with paragraph 4 of the Coal

Mines Provident Fund Scheme, 1948 the Central Government hereby amends the notification of the

Government of India in the Ministry of Coal, vide number S.O. 3609(E), dated the 10th December, 2013

published in Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India.

In the said notification for serial number 16 and the entries relating thereto the following entries shall

be substituted, namely:—

"16. Shri Brajendra Kumar Ray,

Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh,

Vishwakarma Bhawan,

P.O. Parasia,

Distt. Chhindwara (M.P) Pin code-48044l."
