NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 18th January, 2016

S.O. 221(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988

(59 of 1988), the Central Government exempts the existing models of buses with seating capacity 13 or more

passengers excluding driver from the purview of sub-rule (1) of rule 125C and in Form 22-A of Central

Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 till upto 1^st April, 2016 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
