NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 14th January, 2016

S. O. 242(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a) of Section 3 of the National

Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments

in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways

number S.O.794(E) dated the 26th April, 2011, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,

Part –II, Section 3, Sub section (ii), dated the 26th April, 2011 and subsequently amended vide

S.O. 2460 (E) dated the 13th Oct, 2012 namely:

In the Schedule to the said notification No. 2460(E) dated 13th Oct, 2012

Against Sl.No. 8, Distt, Keonjhar, Taluk Keonjhar Sadar in Col. No. 7 against the

names of villages, two new villages, Goudunibeda & Laxmipasi may be inserted at

Sl. No. 34 & 35.
