NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th January, 2016

S.O. 244(E).—In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (6) of section 20F of the Railways Act, 1989,

the Central Government hereby authorizes Commissioner, Saran, (Chhapra) as an Arbitrator in respect of the Special

Railway Project, namely, “Setting up of Diesel Locomotive manufacturing unit at Marhowra” for execution,

maintenance, management and operation of the said Special Railway Project in the State of Bihar under the said Act with

effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette.
