म िनAिलिखत और संशोधन करती है, अथात्:—

जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th January, 2016

S.O. 256(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred under section 7A of the Public Liability Insurance Act, 1991

(6 of 1991), read with sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph 4 of the Environment Relief Fund Scheme, 2008, the Central

Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of

Environment, Forest and Climate Change dated the 13th July, 2015 published in the Gazette of India, Extra ordinary,

Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide number S.O. 1878(E), dated the 13th July, 2015, namely:—

In the said Notification, for the figures, letters and word “31st December, 2015”, the figures, letters and word

“31st March, 2016”, shall be substituted.
