G.S.R. 107(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) read with sub- section 6 of

Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963) and in partial modification of the Notification of the

Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping (Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 355(E), dated 30th April, 2015, the Central

Government hereby appoints Shri B. Poiyamozhi, Development Advisor (Ports) to be a trustee on the Board of Trustees

of V.O. Chidambarnar Port Trust in place of Shri A.K. Saran, Deputy Secretary for the existing term upto 31.03.2017.

2. The said appointment shall come into force with immediate effect.

Shri Rajat Sachar, Advisor (Eco), Ministry of Shipping to be a trustee on the Board of Trustees of the Kandla Port Trust

up to 31.03.2016 in place of Shri Abhishek Chandra, Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Shipping who was appointed vide
