सा.का.िन. 118(अ).— रा᳦पित, संिवधान के अनु᭒ छेद 309 के पर᭠ तुक ᳇ारा ᮧद᭜ त शि᭍ तयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए

रा᭬ ᮝीय जैिवक कृिष के᭠ ᮤ, आशुिलिपक, ᮕेड -1, भंडारी और सूचीकार (समूह ‘ख’ पद) और ᮧयोगशाला सहायक (समूह ‘ग’

पद) भतᱮ िनयम, 2014 मᱶ संशोधन के िलए िन᭥ निलिखत िनयम बनाते हᱹ, अथाᭅत्:

1. संिᭃ᳙ नाम और ᮧार᭥भ.—(1) इन िनयमᲂ का संिᭃ᳙ नाम रा᭬ ᮝीय जैिवक कृिष के᭠ ᮤ, आशुिलिपक ᮕेड-1, भंडारी

और सूचीकार (समूह ‘ख’ पद) और ᮧयोगशाला सहायक (समूह ग ’पद’) भतᱮ (संशोधन) िनयम, 2016 है ।

ये राजपᮢ मᱶ उनके ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख को ᮧवृ᭜ त हᲂगे।

2. रा᭬ ᮝीय जैिवक कृिष के᭠ ᮤ, आशुिलिपक, ᮕेड -1, भंडारी और सूचीकार (समूह ‘ख’ पद) और ᮧयोगशाला सहायक

(समूह ग ’ पद’) भतᱮ िनयम, 2014 मᱶ, अनुसूची मᱶ:—

(क) ᭭ टोर कᳱपर के पद से संबंिधत ᮓम सं᭎ या-2 के ᭭त᭥भ (7) मᱶ “आव᭫यक” शीषᭅक के अधीन ᮧिवि᭬ ट (ii) के ᭭थान पर

िन᭥ निलिखत रखा जायेगा, अथाᭅत्:

“(ii) उवᭅरक िनयंᮢण आदेश (एफसीओ), 1985 के अधीन रिज᭭ᮝीकृत ᮧयोगशालाᲐ अथवा कारखाना अिधिनयम

1948 के अधीन शािमल कारखानᲂ के वै᭄ािनक भंडार के रखरखाव मᱶ दो वषᲄ का अनुभव” ।

(ख) ᮧयोगशाला सहायक के पद से संबंिधत ᮓम सं᭎ या-4 के ᭭त᭥भ (7) मᱶ “आव᭫यक” शीषᭅक के अधीन ᮧिवि᭬ ट (ii) के

᭭थान पर िन᭥ निलिखत रखा जायेगा, अथाᭅत्:

“(ii) उवᭅरक िनयंᮢण आदेश (एफसीओ), 1985 के अधीन रिज᭭ᮝीकृत ᳰकसी भी ᮧयोगशाला अथवा ᳰकसी सरकारी

सं᭭ था ᳇ारा मा᭠ यता ᮧा᭡ त ᮧयोगशाला मᱶ ᮧयोगशाला कायᭅ का तीन वषᲄ का अनुभव” ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th January, 2016

G.S.R. 118(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of Constitution, the

President hereby makes the following rules to amend the National Centre of Organic Farming, Stenographer

Grade-I, Storekeeper and Cataloguer (Group ‘B’ posts) and Laboratory Assistant (Group ‘C’ post) Recruitment

Rules, 2014, namely:—

1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called National Centre of Organic Farming,

Stenographer Grade-I, Storekeeper and Cataloguer (Group ‘B’ posts) and Laboratory Assistant (Group

‘C’ post) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2016.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the National Centre of Organic Farming, Stenographer Grade-I, Storekeeper and Cataloguer (Group

‘B’ posts) and Laboratory Assistant (Group ‘C’ post) Recruitment Rules, 2014, in the Schedule:-

(a) against serial No. 2, relating to the post of Store Keeper, for entry (ii) in column (7), under

heading ‘‘Essential’’, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-

“(ii) Two years experience in handling of scientific stores of laboratory registered under Fertiliser

Control Order (FCO), 1985 or factories covered under the Factories Act, 1948.”;

(b) against serial No. 4, relating to the post of Laboratory Assistant, for entry (ii) in column (7), under

heading “Essential”, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:—

“(ii) Three years experience in laboratory work in any laboratory registered under Fertilizer

Control Order (FCO), 1985 or laboratory recognised by any Government institution.”
