NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 28th January, 2016

S.O. 263(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 8A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of

1956), the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the

Ministry of Road Transport and Highways bearing S.O. No. 50 (E), dated 06.01.2015, published in the Gazette of India,

Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:

(i) Point 1 after Table 1 & 2 shall stand revised as under:—

The fee levied and collected hereunder shall be due and payable at the following Toll Plazas for the distance specified for

such Toll Plaza(s):

Location of Toll Plaza(s) (chainage)

Length (in km) for which Fee is payable

km 44.500 (design chainage) (existing chainage km 46.500) (near Mokha

village in Kutch district)

62.500* (excluding length of Anjar

Bypass)

*Length of road as per actual construction at site is 62.670 km however the tollable length is restricted to 62.500 km as

per Schedule R.
