सा.का.िन. 3506(अ).—के᭠ᮤीय सरकार, िविधक सेवा ᮧािधकरण अिधिनयम, 1987 (1987 का 39)
कᳱ धारा 3 कᳱ उपधारा (1) और उपधारा (2) के खंड (ग) के साथ पᳯठत रा᳦ीय िविधक सेवा ᮧािधकरण
िनयम, 1995 के िनयम 3 के अनुसरण मᱶ, भारत के मुय ᭠यायमूᳶत से परामशᭅ करके कᱶᮤीय ᮧािधकरण के िलए
िन᳜िलिखत सद᭭यᲂ को नामिन᳸द᳥ करती है और इस ᮧयोजन के िलए भारत के राजपᮢ, असाधारण, भाग II,
खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) मᱶ, का.आ. संयांक 582(अ), तारीख 13 अग᭭त, 1997 ᳇ारा ᮧकािशत भारत सरकार के
िविध और ᭠याय मंᮢालय, िविध कायᭅ िवभाग कᳱ अिधसूचना मᱶ िन᳜िलिखत और संशोधन करती है, अथाᭅत् :-
उᲦ अिधसूचना मᱶ,-
(i) ᮓम संयांक 5 और उससे संबंिधत ᮧिवि᳥यᲂ के ᭭थान पर िन᳜िलिखत ᮓम संयांक और ᮧिवि᳥यां रखी
जाएंगी, अथाᭅत् :-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 22nd November, 2016
S.O. 3506(E).—In pursuance of sub-section (1) and clause (c) of sub- section (2) of section 3 of the Legal
Services Authorities Act, 1987 (39 of 1987), read with rule 3 of the National Legal Services Authority Rules, 1995, the
Central Government, in consultation with the Chief Justice of India, nominates the following Members for the Central
Authority and for that purpose hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of
India, Ministry of Law and Justice, Department of Legal Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,
Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O 582 (E), dated the 13th August 1997, namely :-
In the said notification,-
(i) for serial number 5 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted,
namely :-
“5. Hon’ble Mr. Justice Virender Singh,
Former Chief Justice, High Court of Jharkhand - Member”;
