S.O. 3535(E).—In pursuance of the powers conferred by rule 8 of the Minimum Wages (Central) Rules, 1950, it

is hereby published for information of the public that the Central Government has accepted the resignation of Shri B.

Janardhan Reddy appointed as Chairman of the Central Advisory Board constituted vide notification of the Government

of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment number S.O. 3495(E), dated the 18^th November, 2016, published in

the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 21^st November, 2016, with effect from

the 22^nd November, 2016.
