NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 15th Novermber, 2016

S.O. 3552(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Indian Medicine Central

Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Indian Medicine, hereby

makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely:-

In the Second Schedule to the said Act, in PART I relating to “Ayurveda and Siddha”, under the heading

“Chhattisgarh”, for serial number 9C, and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, and shall be

deemed to have been substituted, namely :-

3) Chhattisgarh Ayurvedic Medical College, Rajnandgaon.
