का.आ. 3554 (अ) .—कᱶᮤीय सरकार, भारतीय िचᳰक᭜ सा कᱶᮤीय पᳯरषद अिधिनयम, 1970 (1970 का
48) कᳱ धारा 14 कᳱ उप धारा (2) ᳇ारा ᮧद᭜ त शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, भारतीय िचᳰक᭜ सा कᱶᮤीय पᳯरषद से
परामशᭅ करने के प᭫ चात उ त अिधिनयम कᳱ ि᳇तीय अनुसूची मᱶ िन᭥ निलिखत और संशोधन करती है, अथाᭅत्:-
उ त अिधिनयम कᳱ ि᳇ तीय अनुसूची के “यूनानी” से संबंिध त भाग-II मᱶ “म᭟ य ᮧदेश” शीषᭅक के अधीन
ᮓ. सं यांक 9छ, के सामने, ᭭ तंभ (4) कᳱ ᮧिवि᳥यᲂ के ᭭ थान पर िन᭥ निलिखत ᮧिवि᳥यां अंत:᭭ थािपत कᳱ जाएंगी
और अंत:᭭ थािपत ᱟई समझी जाएंगी, अथाᭅत :-

“2008 से 2012 तक,
परंतु भारतीय िचᳰक᭜ सा कᱶᮤीय पᳯरषद ᳇ारा हकᳱम अ᭣ दुल हमीद यूनानी िचᳰक᭜ सा
महािव᳒ालय और अ᭭ पताल, देवास, म᭟ य ᮧदेश को ᮧवेश के िलए अनुमित ᮧदान ᳰकए जाने
के अ᭟ यधीन रहते ᱟए।
2013 से आगे,
परंतु कᱶᮤीय सरकार ᳇ारा हकᳱम अ᭣ दुल हमीद यूनानी िचᳰक᭜ सा महािव᳒ालय और
अ᭭ पताल, देवास, म᭟ य ᮧदेश को ᮧवेश के िलए अनुमित ᮧदान ᳰकए जाने के अ᭟ यधीन रहते
ᱟए।”

संशोधन अिधसूचना सं या का.आ. 4068 (अ), तारीख 30 नवंबर, 1979 ᳇ारा ᳰकया गया था और
अंितम संशोधन अिधसूचना सं या का.आ. 3106 (अ), तारीख 22 िसतंबर, 2016 ᳇ारा ᳰकया गया था।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th November, 2016
S.O. 3554(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Indian Medicine
Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Indian
Medicine, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely:-
In the Second Schedule to the said Act, in Part II relating to “Unani”, under the heading “Madhya Pradesh”,
against serial number 9G, in column (4), for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, and shall be deemed to
have been substituted, namely :-

“From 2008 to 2012,
subject to permission granted to Hakim Abdul Hameed Unani Medical College and Hospital,
Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, for admission by Central Council of Indian Medicine.
From 2013 onwards,
subject to permission granted to Hakim Abdul Hameed Unani Medical College and Hospital,
Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, for admission by Central Government.”.

Note:
The Second Schedule to the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970) was first amended vide
notification number S.O. No. 4068 (E), dated the 30th November, 1979 and was last amended vide notification
number S.O. No. 3106(E), dated the 22nd September, 2016.
