का.आ. 3553 (अ) .— कᱶᮤीय सरकार, भारतीय िचᳰक᭜सा कᱶᮤीय पᳯरषद् अिधिनयम, 1970 (1970 का

48) कᳱ धारा 14 कᳱ उप-धारा (2) ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, भारतीय िचᳰक᭜सा कᱶᮤीय पᳯरषद् से

परामशᭅ करने के प᳟ात्, उᲦ अिधिनयम कᳱ दूसरी अनुसूची मᱶ िन᳜िलिखत और संशोधन करती है, अथाᭅत् :-

उ᭍ त अिधिनयम कᳱ दूसरी अनुसूची के “यूनानी” संबंधी भाग-II मᱶ “छᱫीसगढ़” शीषᭅक के अधीन ᮓम

सं᭎यांक 3ग के प᳟ात् िन᳜िलिखत ᮓम सं᭎यांक और उससे संबंिधत ᮧिवि᳥यां अंतः᭭थािपत कᳱ जाएंगी, अथाᭅत्:-

सं᭎या का.आ. सं. 3414(अ), तारीख 26 अ᭍टूबर, 2016 ᳇ारा उसका अंितम संशोधन ᳰकया गया था।

New Delhi, the 15th November, 2016

S.O. 3553(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Indian Medicine

Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Indian

Medicine, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely:-

In the Second Schedule to the said Act, in Part - II relating to “Unani”, under the heading “Chhattisgarh”, after

serial number 3C and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries relating thereto shall be inserted,

namely:-

Note: The Second Schedule to the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970) was first amended vide

notification number S.O. No. 4068 (E), dated the 30^th November, 1979 and was last amended vide notification
