नई ᳰद᭨ली, 22 नव᭥बर, 2016

का.आ. 3576(अ).—कᱶᮤीय सरकार, भारतीय िचᳰक᭜ सा कᱶᮤीय पᳯरषद अिधिनयम, 1970 (1970 का 48)

कᳱ धारा 14 कᳱ उप धारा (2) ᳇ारा ᮧद᭜ त शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, भारतीय िचᳰक᭜ सा कᱶᮤीय पᳯरषद से

परामशᭅ करने के प᭫ चात उ᭍ त अिधिनयम कᳱ दूसरी अनुसूची मᱶ िन᭥ निलिखत और संशोधन करती है, अथाᭅत:-

भारतीय िचᳰक᭜सा कᱶᮤीय पᳯरषद अिधिनयम,1970 कᳱ दूसरी अनुसूची के “आयुवᱷद और िस᳍” संबंधी

भाग-I मᱶ “म᭟यᮧदेश” शीषᭅक के अधीन अवधेश ᮧताप ᳲसह िव᳡िव᳒ालय, रीवा संबंधी ᮓम सं᭎ यांक 54क के

सामने,

(क) ᭭तंभ 4 मᱶ “बैचलर आफ आयुवᱷᳰदक मेिडिसन एंड सजᭅरी, बी.ए.एम.एस.” के समᭃ कᳱ गई ᮧिवि᳥ के

᭭थान पर िन᭥ निलिखत ᮧिवि᳥ रखी जाएगी, अथाᭅत:-

“1975 से 1987 तक, यᳰद उन िव᳒ाᳶथयᲂ को दी जाती है िज᭠हᱶ भारतीय िचᳰक᭜सा कᱶᮤीय पᳯरषद

कᳱ अनु᭄ा से राजकᳱय (᭭वायᱫ) आयुवᱷद महािव᳒ालय िनपािनया, रीवा मᱶ ᮧवेश ᳰदया गया था”,

(ख) ᭭तंभ 2,3 और 4 मᱶ िवधमान ᮧिवि᳥यᲂ के प᳟ात िन᳜िलिखत ᮧिवि᳥यां ᮓमशः रखी जाएंगी,

राजकᳱय (᭭वायᱫ) आयुवᱷद महािव᳒ालय िनपािनया, रीवा मᱶ ᮧवेश

ᳰदया गया था।”

संशोधन अिधसूचना सं᭎ या का.आ. 4068 (अ) तारीख 30 नवंबर, 1979 ᳇ारा ᳰकया गया था और

अंितम संशोधन अिधसूचना सं᭎ या सं᭎ या का.आ. 3414 (अ) तारीख 26 अ᭍टूबर, 2016 ᳇ारा ᳰकया

गया था।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 22nd November, 2016

S.O. 3576(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Indian Medicine

Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Indian

Medicine, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely:-

In the Second Schedule to the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970, in PART- I relating to “Ayurveda and

Siddha”, under the heading “Madhya Pradesh”, against serial number 54A relating to Awadesh Pratap Singh

Vishwavidyalaya, Rewa,

(a) in column 4 against “Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery, B.A.M.S.” for the entry,the following

entry shall be substituted, namely :-

“From 1975 to 1987, if granted to the students admitted with the permission of the Central Council of Indian

Medicine in the Government (Autonomous) Ayurved College Nipaniya, Rewa.”;

(b) in columns 2,3 and 4 after the existing entries, the following entries shall respectively be inserted, namely:-
