सा.का.िन. 1099(अ).—सीमा शु᭨ क अिधिनयम, 1962 (1962 का 52) कᳱ धारा 157 के तहत ᮧद᭜ त शिᲦयᲂ का

ᮧयोग करते ᱟए के᭠ ᮤीय उ᭜ पाद शु᭨ क एवं सीमा शु᭨ क बोडᭅ, एतn~᳇ारा, कूᳯरयर इ᭥ पोटᭅ एंड ए᭍ सपो᭗सᭅ (ि᭍लयरᱶस) रे᭏ यूलेश᭠ स,

1998 मᱶ और आगे संशोधन करने के िलए िन᭥ निलिखत िविनयम बनाता है, यथा :-

1. (1) इन िविनयमᲂ को कूᳯरयर इ᭥ पोटᭅ एंड एक् सपो᭗सᭅ (ि᭍लयरᱶस) संशोधन रे᭏ यूलेश᭠ स, 2016 कहा जाएगा।

(2) ये सरकारी राजपᮢ मᱶ अपने ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख से लागू हᲂगे।

2. कूᳯरयर इ᭥ पोटᭅ एंड ए᭍ सपो᭗सᭅ (ि᭍लयरᱶस) रे᭏ यूलेश᭠ स, 1998 (एति᭫मन प᭫ चात िजसे उ᭍ त िविनयम कहा गया है), मᱶ

िविनयम 6 के उप-िनयम (1) मᱶ श᭣ द, को᭬ ठक और अᭃर ‘‘फामᭅ कूᳯरयर िशᳲपग िबल-II (सीएसबी- II)’’, के बाद ‘‘कूᳯरयर

िशᳲपग िबल सीएसबी-V श᭣ द और अᭃर अंत:᭭ थािपत ᳰकए जाएंगे।

3. उ᭍ त िविनयमावली मᱶ, िविनयम 6 के उप-िविनयम (3) मᱶ श᭣ द, को᭬ ठक और अᭃर ‘‘फामᭅ कूᳯरयर िशᳲपग िबल-II

(सीएसबी-II)’’, के बाद ‘‘कूᳯरयर िशᳲपग िबल सीएसबी-V श᭣ द और अᭃर अंत:᭭ थािपत ᳰकए जाएंगे।

4. उ᭍ त िविनयमावली मᱶ, िविनयम 6 के उप-िविनयम (3) के प᭫ चात, परंतुक के ᭭ थान पर िन᭥ निलिखत परंतुक को

ᮧित᭭ थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा, यथा :-

‘‘बशतᱷ ᳰक िवदेश ᭪ यापार नीित, (2015-20) के पᳯरिश᭬ ट 3ग मᱶ िविन᳸द᭬ ट व᭭ तुᲐ के मामले मᱶ, ऐसी ᮧिवि᳥ को कूᳯरयर

िशᳲपग िबल सीएसबी-V फामᭅ मᱶ दजᭅ ᳰकया जाएगा।’’

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 29th November, 2016

No. 142/2016-Customs (N.T.)

G.S.R. 1099(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 157 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962),

the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following regulations, further to amend the Courier Imports

and Exports (Clearance) Regulations, 1998, namely:-

(1) These regulations may be called the Courier Imports and Exports (Clearance) Amendment Regulations, 2016.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Courier Imports and Exports (Clearance) Regulations, 1998 (hereinafter referred to as the said

regulations), in the sub-regulation (1) of regulation 6, after the words, brackets and letters “Form Courier Shipping Bill-II

(CSB-II)”, the words and letters “Courier Shipping Bill CSB-V,” shall be inserted.

In the said regulations, in the sub-regulation (3) of regulation 6, after the words, brackets and letters “Form

Courier Shipping Bill-II (CSB-II), the words and letters “Courier Shipping Bill CSB-V” shall be inserted.

In the said regulations, after the sub-regulation (3) of regulation 6, for the proviso, the following proviso shall be

substituted, namely:-

“Provided that for the goods specified in Appendix 3C of the Foreign Trade Policy (2015-20), such entry shall be made

in the Form Courier Shipping Bill CSB-V.”.
