अिखल भारतीय सेवा अिधिनयम, 1951 (1951 का 61) कᳱ धारा 3 कᳱ उप धारा (1) ᳇ारा ᮧद᭜ त शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, के᭠ ᮤीय

सरकार, िᮢ पुरा सरकार के परामशᭅ से भारतीय वन सेवा (संवगᭅ पद सं᭎ या का िनयतन) िविनयमवली, 1966 मᱶ आगे और संशोधन करने के

िलए एतद᳇ारा िन᭥ निलिखत िविनयम बनाती है, अथाᭅत्: -

1. (i)

इन िविनयमᲂ को भारतीय वन सेवा (संवगᭅ पद सं᭎ या का िनयतन) तृतीय संशोधन िविनयमावली, 2016 कहा जाएगा।

(ii) ये िविनयम शासकᳱय राजपᮢ मᱶ इनके ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख को ᮧवृत हᲂगे ।

भारतीय वन सेवा (संवगᭅ पद सं᭎ या का िनयतन) िविनयमावली, 1966 कᳱ अनुसूची मᱶ िᮢ पुरा शीषᭅक और उसके अ᭠ तगᭅत आने

वाली ᮧिवि᳥यᲂ के ᭭ थान पर िन᭥ निलिखत ᮧित᭭ थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा, अथाᭅत्:-

New Delhi, the 30th November, 2016

G.S.R. 1104 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Service

Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rules (1) and (2) of Rule 4 of Indian Forest Service (Cadre) Rules, 1966, the Central

Government in consultation with the Government of Tripura hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the

Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, namely :-

1. (i) These regulations shall be called the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Third Amendment

Regulations, 2016.

(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, in the Schedule, for the heading

"Tripura" and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :-

G.S.R. 1105(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All India Services Act,

1951 (61 of 1951) the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Tripura hereby makes the following

rules further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 2016 namely:-

1. (i) These rules shall be called the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Second Amendment Rules, 2016.

(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette
