अिखल भारतीय सेवाएं अिधिनयम, 1951 (1951 का 61) कᳱ धारा 3 कᳱ उप धारा (1) ᳇ारा ᮧद᭜ त शािᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए के᭠ ᮤ
सरकार, "उᱫराखंड" सरकार के परामशᭅ से भारतीय वन सेवा (संवगᭅ पद सं या का िनयतन) िविनयम, 1966 मᱶ आगे और संशोधन करने
के िलए एतn~᳇ारा िन᭥ निलिखत िविनयम बनाती है, नामत:-
1.
(1) इन िविनयमᲂ को भारतीय वन सेवा (संवगᭅ पद सं या का िनयतन) ि᳇तीय संशोधन िविनयम, 2016 कहा जाएगा।
(2) ये शासकᳱय राजपᮢ मᱶ इनके ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख से ᮧवृत हᲂगे ।
2. भारतीय वन सेवा (संवगᭅ पद सं या का िनयतन) िविनयमावली, 1966 कᳱ अनुसूची मᱶ "उᱫराखंड" शीषᭅक और उसके अ᭠ तगᭅत आने
वाली ᮧिवि᳥यᲂ के ᭭ थान पर िन᭥ निलिखत ᮧित᭭ थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा, नामत:-

G.S.R. 1106 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All India Service
Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rules (1) and (2) of Rule 4 of Indian Forest Service (Cadre) Rules, 1966, the Central
Government in consultation with the Government of Uttarakhand hereby makes the following regulations further to
amend the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, namely :-

1. (i) These regulations shall be called the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Second
Amendment Regulations, 2016.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2.
In the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, in the Schedule, for the heading
"Uttarakhand" and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :-

का.िन.1107 (अ).—अिखल भारतीय सेवाएं अिधिनयम, 1951 (1951 का 61) कᳱ धारा 3 कᳱ उप धारा (1) ᳇ारा ᮧद᭜ त
शािᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए के᭠ ᮤ सरकार, "उᱫराखंड" सरकार के परामशᭅ से भारतीय वन सेवा (वेतन) िनयम, 2016 मᱶ आगे और
संशोधन करने के िलए एतद᳇ारा िन᭥ निलिखत िविनयम बनाती है, नामत:-
1.
(i) इन िनयमᲂ का भारतीय वन सेवा (वेतन) संशोधन िनयमावली, 2016 कहा जाएगा।
(ii) ये िनयम शासकᳱय राजपᮢ मᱶ इनके ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख को ᮧवृत हᲂगे ।
2.
भारतीय वन सेवा (वेतन) िनयमावली, 2016 मᱶ:-
(क) तािलका मᱶ अनुसूची-II- क मᱶ, रा᭔ य सरकारᲂ के अ᭠ तगᭅत भारतीय वन सेवा के समयमान से अिधक वेतन वाले पदᲂ मᱶ, ᮧथम
कॉलम मᱶ आने वाले " उᱫराखंड " ᮧिवि᳥ और दूसरे कॉलम मᱶ तदनुᱨपी ᮧिवि᳥यᲂ के ᭭ थान पर िन᭥ निलिखत ᮧित᭭ थािपत ᳰकया जाएगा

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th November, 2016
G.S.R. 1107 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All India Services
Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) the Central Government in consultation with the Government of Uttarakhand hereby makes the
following rules further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 2016 namely:-
1. (i) These rules shall be called the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Amendment Rules, 2016.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2.
In the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 2016:-
