का.आ. 3614(अ).—कᱶᮤीय सरकार, भारतीय िचᳰक᭜ सा कᱶᮤीय पᳯरषद अिधिनयम, 1970 (1970 का 48) कᳱ
धारा 14 कᳱ उप धारा (2) ᳇ारा ᮧद᭜ त शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, भारतीय िचᳰक᭜ सा कᱶᮤीय पᳯरषद से परामशᭅ करने के
प᭫ चात उ त अिधिनयम कᳱ दूसरी अनुसूची मᱶ िन᭥ निलिखत और संशोधन करती है, अथाᭅत्:-
उ त अिधिनयम कᳱ दूसरी अनुसूची के “आयुवᱷद और िस” संबंधी भाग-I मᱶ “केरल” शीषᭅक के अधीन ᮓम सं यांक
43ग और त᭜ संबंधी ᮧिवि᳥यᲂ के प᳟ात ᭭तंभ 1, 2, 3 और 4 मᱶ िन᭥ निलिखत ᮓम संया और त᭜संबंधी ᮧिवि᳥यां
अंत:᭭ थािपत कᳱ जाएंगी अथाᭅत् :-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd November, 2016
S.O. 3614(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Indian Medicine
Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Indian
Medicine, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely:-
In the Second Schedule to the said Act, in PART - I relating to “Ayurveda and Siddha”, under the heading
“Kerala”, after serial number 43C and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries relating thereto
in columns 1, 2, 3 and 4 shall be inserted, namely:-
