सा.का.िन. 1116(अ).—कᱶᮤीय सरकार धन शोधन िनवारण अिधिनयम, 2002 (2003 का 15) कᳱ धारा 35 के

साथ पᳯठत धारा 73 कᳱ उपधारा (1) और उपधारा (2) के खंड (द) और (झ) ᳇ारा ᮧद᭜ त शि᭍ तयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, धन

शोधन िनवारण (अपील) िनयम, 2005 का और संशोधन करने के िलए िन᭥ निलिखत िनयम बनाती है, अथाᭅत् :-

1. (1) इन िनयमᲂ का संिᭃ᭡ त नाम धन शोधन िनवारण (अपील) संशोधन िनयम, 2016 है ।

(2) ये राजपᮢ मᱶ उनके ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख से ᮧवृ᭜ त हᲂगे ।

2. धन शोधन िनवारण (अपील) िनयम, 2005 मᱶ िनयम 3 के उपिनयम (2) कᳱ सारणी मᱶ, ᮓ.सं. 3 के सामने दूसरे ᭭ तंभ मᱶ

''और 1 लाख ᱧ. तक'' अᭃरᲂ और अंकᲂ का लोप ᳰकया जाएगा ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 6th December, 2016

G.S.R. 1116(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and clause (r) and clause (x) of sub-

section (2) of section 73, read with section 35 of the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003), the Central

Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Prevention of Money-laundering (Appeal) Rules, 2005,

namely:-

1.

(1) These rules may be called the Prevention of Money-laundering (Appeal) Amendment Rules, 2016.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

In the Prevention of Money-laundering (Appeal) Rules, 2005, in rule 3, in sub-rule (2), in the Table, against

serial number 3, in the second column, the words, letters and figure “and upto Rs.1 lakh” shall be omitted.
