नई ᳰद᭨ली, 6 ᳰदस᭥ बर, 2016

का.आ. 3657(अ).—के᭠ᮤीय सरकार ने, रा᳦ीय राजमागᭅ अिधिनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (िजसे इसमᱶ इसके

प᳟ात् उᲦ अिधिनयम कहा गया है) कᳱ धारा 3क कᳱ उपधारा (1) के अधीन जारी कᳱ गई भारत सरकार के सड़क पᳯरवहन

और राजमागᭅ मंᮢालय कᳱ अिधसूचना का.आ. सं. 3082 (अ) तारीख 29.09.2016, जो भारत के राजपᮢ, असाधारण,

भाग- ।।, खंड 3, उप खंड (ii), तारीख 29.09.2016, मᱶ ᮧकािशत कᳱ गई थी, ᳇ारा आंᮥ ᮧदेश रा᭔य मᱶ एसपीएसआर ने᭨लोर

िजले मᱶ रा᳦ीय राजमागᭅ सं. 67 के ᳰकमी 641/000 से ᳰकमी 695/000 (डोनाᭅला टी-जं᭍शन से अ᭜माकुर खंड) तक के भूखंड

के िनमाᭅण (चौड़ीकरण/पे᭪ड शो᭨डर सिहत 2 लेन का बनाया जाना आᳰद), अनुरᭃण, ᮧबंधन और ᮧचालन के लोक ᮧयोजन के

िलए उस अिधसूचना से उपाब᳍ अनुसूची मᱶ िविन᳸द᳥ भूिम का अजᭅन करने के अपने आशय कᳱ घोषणा कᳱ थी।

और उᲦ अिधसूचना का सार उᲦ अिधिनयम कᳱ धारा 3क कᳱ उप-धारा (3) के अधीन तारीख 29.09.2016 को

“साᭃी (तेलगु दैिनक)” और तारीख 29.09.2016 के “हो᭠स इंिडया” मᱶ ᮧकािशत ᳰकया गया था;

और सᭃम ᮧािधकारी को ᳰकसी भी ᳞िᲦ से कोई आᭃेप ᮧा᳙ नहᱭ ᱟए हᱹ।

और सᭃम ᮧािधकारी ने उᲦ अिधिनयम कᳱ धारा 3घ कᳱ उप-धारा (1) के अनुसरण मᱶ, कᱶᮤ सरकार को अपनी

ᳯरपोटᭅ दे दी है।

अतः अब, कᱶᮤीय सरकार, सᭃम ᮧािधकारी कᳱ उᲦ ᳯरपोटᭅ ᮧा᳙ हो जाने पर और उᲦ अिधिनयम कᳱ धारा 3घ कᳱ

उपधारा (1) ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए यह घोषणा करती है ᳰक उᲦ अनुसूची मᱶ िविन᳸द᳥ भूिम का पूवᲃᲦ

ᮧयोजन के िलए अिधᮕहण ᳰकया जाना चािहए।

और अब के᭠ᮤीय सरकार, उᲦ अिधिनयम कᳱ धारा 3घ कᳱ उपधारा (2) के अनुसरण मᱶ, यह घोषणा करती है ᳰक

इस अिधसूचना के राजपᮢ मᱶ ᮧकाशन पर उᲦ अनुसूची मᱶ िविन᳸द᳥ भूिम, सभी िव᭨लंगमᲂ से मुᲦ होकर आ᭜यि᭠तक ᱨप से

के᭠ᮤीय सरकार मᱶ िनिहत हो जाएगी।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 6th December, 2016

S.O. 3657(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and

Highways number S.O 3082 (E) dated 29.09.2016 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-

section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter

referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule

annexed to the said notification for building (widening / two lane with paved shoulders etc.), maintenance, management

and operation of National Highway No.67 on the stretch of land from Km.641/000 to Km.695/000 ( Dornala T Junction

to Atmakur section) in SPSR Nellore District in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Sakshi (Telugu daily)” dated

29.09.2016.and “Honce India” dated 29.09.2016 under sub-section (3) of section 3A of the said Act;

And whereas no objection has been received from any person by the competent authority;

And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has

submitted its report to the Central Government;

Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers

conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land

specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;

And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby

declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest

absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
