का.आ. 3997(अ).—खादी और ᮕामो᳒ोग आयोग िनयम, 2006 के िनयम 3 और 4 के साथ पᳯठत

खादी और ᮕामो᳒ोग आयोग अिधिनयम, 1956 (1956 का 61) कᳱ धारा 4 ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते

ᱟए, के᭠ᮤ सरकार एत᳏ारा सरकारी राजपᮢ मᱶ इस अिधसूचना के ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख से खादी और ᮕामो᳒ोग

आयोग के िवशेष᭄ सद᭭य (िवपणन) के ᱨप मᱶ ᮰ी राजे᭠ᮤ ᮧताप गु᳙ा को िनयुᲦ करती है और उस ᮧयोजनाथᭅ

सू᭯म, लघु और म᭟यम उ᳒म मंᮢालय, भारत सरकार कᳱ ᳰदनांक 26 अᲦूबर, 2015 कᳱ अिधसूचना सं᭎या

का.आ. 2922(अ) मᱶ िन᳜िलिखत संशोधन करती है नामतः उᲦ अिधसूचना मᱶ ᮓम सं᭎या (1) के प᳟ात् गैर-

सरकारी िवशेष᭄ सद᭭य से संबंिधत पैरा II मᱶ तथा उससे संबंिधत ᮧिवि᳥यᲂ मᱶ िन᳜िलिखत ᮓम सं᭎या तथा

ᮧिवि᳥यां ᮧित᭭थािपत कᳱ जाएंगी, नामतः-

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 9th December, 2016

S.O. 3997(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Khadi and Village Industries

Commission Act, 1956 (61 of 1956), read with rules 3 and 4 of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Rules,

2006, the Central Government hereby appoint Shri Rajendra Pratap Gupta as Expert Member (Marketing) of the Khadi

and Village Industries Commission, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette

and for that purpose makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, number S.O. 2922(E), dated the 26^th October, 2015 namely:- In the said

notification, in paragraph II relating to Non-official Expert Member, after serial number (1) and the entries relating

thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:-

“(2)

Shri Rajendra Pratap Gupta, 102, Sidhhivinayak, Plot No. 3, Sector-14, Khanda

Colony, New Panvel-W, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra-410206

Part Time”

2.

Shri Rajendra Pratap Gupta shall hold office for a period ending on the 25^th October, 2018.
