का.आ. 3685(अ).—के᭠ ᮤीय सरकार ने, कोयला धारक ᭃेᮢ (अजᭅन और िवकास) अिधिनयम, 1957 (1957 का 20)

(िजसे इसमᱶ इससे प᳟ात उᲦ अिधिनयम कहा गया है ) कᳱ धारा 7 कᳱ उप-धारा (1) के अधीन जारी भारत सरकार के

कोयला मंᮢालय कᳱ अिधसूचना सं᭎या का.आ. 1568(अ), तारीख 26 अᮧैल, 2016 ᳇ारा, जो भारत के राजपᮢ, असाधारण,

भाग II, ख᭛ड 3, उप-ख᭛ड(ii), तारीख 28 अᮧैल, 2016 मᱶ ᮧकािशत कᳱ गई थी, उᲦ अिधसूचना से संलᲨ अनुसूची मᱶ

िविन᳸द᳥ 469.780 हे᭍टेयर (लगभग) या 1160.828 एकड़ (लगभग) और ऐसी भूिम मᱶ या उस पर के सतह अिधकार के

अजᭅन करने के अपने आशय कᳱ सूचना दी थी;

और सᭃम ᮧािधकारी ने उᲦ अिधिनयम कᳱ धारा 8 के अनुसरण मᱶ के᭠ᮤीय सरकार को अपनी ᳯरपोटᭅ दे दी है;

और के᭠ᮤीय सरकार का, पूवᲃᲦ ᳯरपोटᭅ पर िवचार करने के प᳟ात और ओडीशा रा᭔य सरकार के परामशᭅ करने के

प᳟ात यह समाधान हो गया है ᳰक इसे संलᲨ अनुसूची मᱶ यथा िविन᳸द᳥ 469.780 gsDVs;j (लगभग) या 1160.828 एकड़

(लगभग) माप वाली भूिम मᱶ या उस पर के सतह अिधकार अᳶजत ᳰकए जाने चािहए;

अतः, अब, के᭠ᮤीय सरकार, उᲦ अिधिनयम कᳱ धारा 9 कᳱ उप-धारा (1) ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए

यह घोषणा करती है ᳰक अनुसूची मᱶ वᳶणत 469.780 हे᭍टेयर (लगभग) या 1160.828 एकड़ (लगभग) माप वाली भूिम मᱶ

या उस पर के सतह अिधकार अᳶजत ᳰकए जाते हᱹ ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 7th December, 2016

S.O. 3685(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Central Government of India in the Ministry of

Coal S.O.No.1568(E), dated the 26^th April,2016, issued under sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Coal Bearing

Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act,1957 (20 of 1957)(hereinafter referred to as the said Act) and

published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 28 April, 2016,

the Central Government gave notice of its intention to acquire 469.780 hectares (approximately) or 1160.828

acres(approximately) the lands and surface rights in or over such lands specified in the Schedule appended to

that notification;

And whereas, the competent authority in pursuance of section 8 of the said Act has made his report to

the Central Government;

And whereas, the Central Government after considering the report aforesaid and after consulting the

Government of Odisha, is satisfied that the lands measuring 469.780 hectares (approximately) or 1160.828

acres (approximately) and surface rights in or over such lands as described in Schedule appended hereto

should be acquired;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the said Act, the

Central Government hereby declares that the land measuring 469.78 hectares (approximately) or 1160.828

acres (approximately) and surface rights over such lands as described in Schedule are hereby acquired.

The plan bearing number MCL/IBV/SURVEY/LOCP/2/16, dated the 18^th October, 2016 of the area

covered by this notification, may be inspected in the Office of the Collector, District Jharsuguda (Odisha) or

in the Office of the Coal Controller, 1, Council House Street, Kolkata- 700001 or in the Office of the General

Manager (Land and Revenue), Mahanadi Coalfields Limited, Jagruti Vihar, P.O. Jagruti Vihar, Burla, District

Sambalpur-768020(Odisha).
