का.आ. 3691(अ).—राजमागᭅ ᮧशासन, रा᭬ ᮝीय राजमागᭅ िनयंᮢण (भूिम और यातायात) अिधिनयम, 2002

(2002 का 13) कᳱ धारा 20 कᳱ उपधारा (1) के खंड (ग) और उपधारा (2) ᳇ारा ᮧद᭜ त शि᭍ तयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, और

कᱶᮤीय सरकार के अनुमोदन से, भारत सरकार के सड़क पᳯरवहन और राजमागᭅ मंᮢालय कᳱ तारीख 5 फरवरी, 2016 कᳱ

अिधसूचना सं᭎ यांक का.आ. 375(अ), का.आ. 376(अ), का.आ. 378(अ), का.आ. 379(अ), का.आ. 380(अ), और

का.आ. 2122(अ), तारीख 5 अग᭭ त, 2015 को उन बातᲂ के िसवाय अिधᮓांत करते ᱟए, जो ऐसे अिधᮓमण से पूवᭅ कᳱ गई थी

या करने का लोप ᳰकया गया था, उ᭍ त अिधिनयम कᳱ धारा 24, धारा 25, धारा 26, धारा 27 और धारा 43 के अधीन मु᭎ य

इंजीिनयर को ᮧद᭜ त शि᭍ तयᲂ का ᮧयोग करने और कतᭅ᭪ यᲂ का िनवᭅहन करने के िलए नीचे कᳱ सारणी के ᭭ तंभ (2) मᱶ

िविन᳸द᭬ ट रा᭔ य लोक िनमाᭅण िवभाग को, ᭭ तंभ (3) मᱶ कᳱ त᭜ ᭭ थानी ᮧिवि᭬ ट मᱶ िविन᳸द᭬ ट अिधकाᳯरता कᳱ सीमा के भीतर,

मु᭎ य इंजीिनयर िनयु᭍ त करता है, अथाᭅत् :-

सᲅपे गए ऐसे सभी रा᭬ ᮝीय राजमागᭅ के, जो ज᭥ मू-क᭫ मीर रा᭔ य मᱶ

ि᭭ थत है, संपूणᭅ भूखंड ।

अनुरᭃण और िवकास के िलए पंजाब कᳱ रा᭔ य सरकार को सᲅपे गए

ऐसे सभी रा᭬ ᮝीय राजमागᭅ के, जो पंजाब रा᭔ य मᱶ ि᭭ थत है, संपूणᭅ

भूखंड ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 9th December, 2016

S.O. 3691(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) of section

20 of the Control of National Highways (Land and Traffic) Act, 2002 (13 of 2003) and in supersession of the

notifications of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, numbers S.O. 375(E),

S.O. 376(E), S.O. 378(E), S.O. 379(E), S.O. 380(E) all dated the 5^th February, 2016 and S.O. 2122(E), dated the

5^th August, 2015 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession with the approval of the

Central Government, the Highway Administration hereby appoints the Chief Engineer of the State Public Works

Department specified in column (2) of the following table to exercise the powers and discharge the functions conferred

on it under sections 24,25,26,27 and 43 of the said Act, within the limits of jurisdiction specified in the corresponding

entry in column (3):, namely: -
