ए.डी.एम/आर.ई.सी/25/2011.— कृिष और ᮧसं᭭कृत खा᳒ उ᭜पाद िनयाᭅत िवकास ᮧािधकरण अिधिनयम,

1985 (1986 का 2) के भाग 33 ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, कृिष और ᮧसं᭭कृत खा᳒ उ᭜पाद िनयाᭅत

िवकास ᮧािधकरण, कᱶᮤ सरकार कᳱ पूवᭅ मंजूरी से, कृिष और ᮧसं᭭कृत खा᳒ उ᭜पाद िनयाᭅत िवकास ᮧािधकरण

संशोिधत (भतᱮ) िविनयम, 2011 एत᳏ारा िन᳜ ᮧकार से संशोिधत हᱹ, अथाᭅत् :-

1. इन िविनयमᲂ को कृिष और ᮧसं᭭कृत खा᳒ उ᭜पाद िनयाᭅत िवकास ᮧािधकरण (भतᱮ) पुनरीिᭃत संशोिधत

िविनयम-2016 के नाम से पाᳯरभािषत ᳰकया जाए।

2. ये राजपᮢ मᱶ ᮧकाशन तारीख से ᮧवृत हᲂगे।

3. कृिष और ᮧसं᭭कृत खा᳒ उ᭜पाद िनयाᭅत िवकास ᮧािधकरण िविनयम (भतᱮ) संशोधन िविनयम, 2011 को मᱶ: -

पद सं᭎या - 5 (सहायक महाᮧबंधक) के कॉलम सं᭎या 12 के अनुसूची मᱶ संशोधन

वतᭅमान ᮧावधान

इस ᱨप मᱶ पढ़े जाएं

(1) लेखा ᮧबंधक अथवा अ᭟यᭃ के कायᭅपालक सिचव के पद

पर कायᭅ करने का पांच वषᲄ का अनुभव अथवा फᳱ᭨ड

अिधकारी, वᳯर᳧ कायाᭅलय कायᭅकारी, लेखापाल, कायᭅकारी

अिधकारी (ई.डी.पी) / पु᭭तकालया᭟यᭃ अथवा किन᳧ िह᭠दी

अनुवादक के पद पर कायᭅ करने का आठ वषᲄ का अनुभव ।

(1) लेखा ᮧबंधक अथवा अ᭟यᭃ के कायᭅपालक सिचव के पद

पर कायᭅ करने का पांच वषᲄ का अनुभव ।

या

फᳱ᭨ड अिधकारी / वᳯर᳧ कायाᭅलय कायᭅकारी / लेखापाल/

कायᭅकारी अिधकारी (ई.डी.पी) / पु᭭तकालया᭟यᭃ अथवा

किन᳧ िह᭠दी अनुवादक के पद कायᭅ करने का आठ वषᲄ का

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th October, 2016

No. ADM/REC/25/2011.—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 33 of the Agricultural & Processed Food

Products Export Development Authority Act, 1985 (2 of 1986), the Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export

Development Authority, with the previous sanction of Central Government, hereby amend the Agricultural & Processed

Food Products Export Development Authority (Recruitment) Revised Regulations-2011 in the following manner namely:-

1.

These regulations may be called the Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Development Authority

(Recruitment) Revised amendment Regulations-2016.

2.

They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

3. In Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Development Authority

(Recruitment) Revised Regulations-2011 is amended as:-

Amendment to the schedule at column no. 12 of the post no. 5 (Assistant General Manager)

Existing Provision

Read as

(1) With 5 years regular service on the post

of

Manager

Accounts

and

Executive

Secretary to Chairman and with 8 years

regular service on the posts of Field Officer,

Sr. Office Executive, Accountant, Executive

Officer (EDP), Librarian and Junior Hindi

Translator

(1) With 5 years regular service on the post of Manager Accounts

or Executive Secretary to Chairman

OR

With 8 years regular service on the posts of Field Officer/Sr.

Office Executive / Accountant /Executive Officer (EDP) /

Librarian / Junior Hindi Translator

(2) Essential Qualification:- MBA degree from an UGC

recognized University
