के अंतगᭅत ᭭वीकार कर िलया गया है, के ᭭थान पर त᭜काल ᮧभाव से कमᭅचारी रा᭔य बीमा िनगम के सद᭭य के ᱨप मᱶ िनयुᲦ

करती है।

S.O. 4020(E).—In exercise of powers conferred under Section 4(c) of the ESI Act, 1948, the Central

Government hereby appoints Ch. Ramakotaiah as Member of the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation with

immediate effect in place of Dr. Nand Kishore Garg, whose resignation has been accepted by the Central Government

under Section 11 of the said Act.
