भारत के राजपᮢ, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (i) मᱶ ᮧकािशत भारत सरकार के कृिष और ᳰकसान क᭨याण मंᮢालय (कृिष,
सहकाᳯरता और ᳰकसान क᭨याण िवभाग) कᳱ अिधसूचना को उन बातᲂ के िसवाय अिधᮓांत करते ᱟए, िज᭠हᱶ ऐसे अिधᮓमण से पहले ᳰकया
गया है या करने का लोप ᳰकया गया है, पादप संरᭃण, संगरोध और संचयन िनदेशालय के िन᳜िलिखत अिधकाᳯरयᲂ को, उनके नाम के

G.S.R. 1132(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of The Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968),
read with rule 26 of The Insecticides Rules, 1971 and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in
the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare (Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare)
published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub -section (i) vide number G.S.R. 743 (E), dated the
21st November, 2013, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central
