ᮧकािशत भारत सरकार के त᭜कालीन कृिष मंᮢालय, कृिष और सहकाᳯरता िवभाग कᳱ तारीख 3 फरवरी,1997 कᳱ

अिधसूचना का और संशोधन करने के िलए िन᭥ निलिखत िनयम बनाती है, अथाᭅत:-

उ᭍ त अिधसूचना मᱶ ᮓम संख् यांक 6 और उससे संबंिधत ᮧिवि᳥यᲂ के ᭭ थान पर िन᭥ निलिखत रखा जाएगा, अथाᭅत:-

New Delhi, the 9th December, 2016.

S. O. 4022(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Insecticides Act, 1968 (46 of 1968), the

Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in

the erstwhile Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture and Cooperation, dated the 3^rd February, 1997,

published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide, number S.O. 79(E), dated the 4^th February, 1997, namely:-

In the said notification, for serial number 6 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted,

namely:-

“6. Dr. Harmeet Singh Rehan, Professor and Head,

Department of Pharmacology,

Lady Harding Medical College,

New Delhi.

Member”.

ᮧकािशत भारत सरकार के त᭜कालीन खा᳒, कृिष, समुदाय िवकास और सहकाᳯरता मंᮢालय कᳱ तारीख 27 फरवरी, 1971

कᳱ अिधसूचना का और संशोधन करने के िलए िन᭥ निलिखत िनयम बनाती है, अथाᭅत:-

उ᭍ त अिधसूचना मᱶ, मद (xvi) और उससे संबंिधत ᮧिवि᭬ टयᲂ के ᭭ थान पर िन᭥ निलिखत रखा जाएगा, अथाᭅत:-
