कᱶᮤीय ᮧ᭜यᭃ कर बोडᭅ के संब᳍ एवं अधीन᭭थ कायाᭅलयᲂ मᱶ सहायक िनदेशक (राजभाषा) भतᱮ िनयम, 2016 मᱶ संशोधन

करने हेतु िन᳜िलिखत िनयम बनाते हᱹ,

(1) इन िनयमᲂ का संिᭃ᳙ नाम िवᱫ मंᮢालय, राज᭭व िवभाग, कᱶᮤीय ᮧ᭜यᭃ कर बोडᭅ (संब᳍ एवं अधीन᭭थ

कायाᭅलय) सहायक िनदेशक (राजभाषा) भतᱮ (संशोधन) िनयम, 2016 है।

(2) ये िनयम 1 जनवरी, 2016 से ᮧवृᱫ माने जाएंगे।

कᳱ अनुसूची मᱶ :-

(अ) ᭭तंभ 4 मᱶ िन᳜िलिखत संशोधन ᳰकए जाएंगे :

(i) शीषᭅ “वेतन बै᭛ड तथा ᮕेड वेतन या वेतनमान” कᳱ वतᭅमान ᮧिवि᳥यᲂ के ᭭थान पर

“ वेतन मैᳯᮝ᭍स मᱶ लेवल” श᭣द ᮧित᭭थािपत ᳰकए जाएंगे।

(ii) “वेतन बै᭛ड-3, 15600-39100/- ᱧपए, ᮕेड वेतन – 5400/- ᱧपए” के ᭭थान पर “वेतन मैᳯᮝ᭍स

मᱶ लेवल 10” श᭣द तथा अंक ᮧित᭭थािपत ᳰकए जाएंगे।

(ब) ᭭तंभ 11 मᱶ िन᳜िलिखत संशोधन ᳰकए जाएंगे :

(i) “वेतन बै᭛ड-2, 9300-34800/-ᱧपए + ᮕेड पे 4600/- ᱧपए” श᭣द तथा अंकᲂ के ᭭थान पर “वेतन

मैᳯᮝ᭍स मᱶ लेवल 7” श᭣द तथा अंक ᮧित᭭थािपत ᳰकए जाएंगे।

(ii) ᭭तंभ 11(क)(ii) मᱶ “वेतन बै᭛ड-2, 9300-34800/- ᱧपए + ᮕेड पे 4800/-ᱧपए” श᭣द तथा अंकᲂ

के ᭭थान पर “वेतन मैᳯᮝ᭍स मᱶ लेवल 8” श᭣द तथा अंक ᮧित᭭थािपत ᳰकए जाएंगे।

(iii) ᭭तंभ 11(क)(iii) मᱶ “वेतन बै᭛ड-2, 9300-34800/- ᱧपए + ᮕेड पे 4600/- ᱧपए” श᭣द तथा

अंकᲂ के ᭭थान पर “वेतन मैᳯᮝ᭍स मᱶ लेवल 7” श᭣द तथा अंक ᮧित᭭थािपत ᳰकए जाएंगे।

᭭प᳥ीकारक ᭄ापन

मूल िनयम भारत का राजपᮢ, असाधारण, भाग II, ख᭛ड 3, उप-ख᭛ड (i) मᱶ सा.का.िन. सं.177 ᳰदनांक 1 फरवरी,

1980 मᱶ ᮧकािशत ᱟए थे तथा इसके प᳟ात सा.का.िन.151(अ) ᳰदनांक 18 फरवरी, 2000 मᱶ संशोिधत तथा

सा.का.िन.सं.339(अ) ᳰदनांक 26 माचᭅ, 2016 ᳇ारा संशोिधत ᳰकए गए। सी.सी.एस.(संशोिधत वेतन), िनयमावली, 2016

ᳰदनांक 25 जुलाई, 2016 मᱶ दी गई िसफाᳯरशᲂ का अनुसरण करते ᱟए सरकार ने काᳶमक एवं ᮧिशᭃण िवभाग के

का.᭄ा.सं.एबी.14017/13/2016-᭭था.(भ.िन.) ᳰदनांक 09 अग᭭त, 2016 ᳇ारा वतᭅमान वेतन बै᭛ड तथा ᮕेड वेतन को नई

वेतन संरचना के अनुसार संशोिधत करने हेतु ᳰदशािनदᱷश जारी ᳰकए हᱹ।

यह भी ᮧमािणत ᳰकया जाता है ᳰक भूतलᭃी तारीख से ᮧभावी संशोधन ᳰकसी को भी ᮧितकूल ᱨप से ᮧभािवत नहᱭ

करᱶगे ᭍यᲂᳰक पूवᭅवतᱮ िनयमᲂ मᱶ समान ᮧावधान िव᳒मान हᱹ।

New Delhi, the 9th December, 2016

G.S.R. 1138(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the

President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Assistant Director (Official Language) in the

Attached and Subordinate Offices of Central Board of Direct Taxes Recruitment Rules, 2016, namely :-

These rules may be called Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Direct

Taxes (Attached and Subordinate Offices), Assistant Director (Official Language) Recruitment

(Amendment) Rules, 2016

(2) They shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1^st day of January, 2016.

In the Schedule to the Assistant Director (Official Language) Recruitment Rules, 2016, in the Attached

and Subordinate Offices of Central Board of Direct Taxes ;

(a) the following amendments in column 4 shall be made :-

(i)

for the existing entries in heading “Pay band and grade pay or pay scale”, the words

“Level in the Pay Matrix” shall be substituted.

(ii)

for the words and figures “Pay band-3, Rs.15600-39100/- with grade pay of Rs.5400/-,”

the words and figure “Level 10 in Pay Matrix” shall be substituted.

(b) the following amendments in column 11 shall be made :-

(i)

for the words and figures “pay band-2, Rs. 9300-34800/- with grade pay of Rs. 4600/-”

the words and figure “Level 7 in Pay Matrix” shall be substituted.

(ii)

for the words and figures in column 11 (a)(ii) “Pay band-2, Rs.9300-34800/- with grade

pay Rs. 4800/-” the words and figure “level 8 in Pay Matrix” shall be substituted.

(iii)

for the words and figures in column11 (a)(iii) “Pay band-2, Rs.9300-34800/- with grade

pay Rs.4600/- the words and figure “level 7 in Pay Matrix” shall be substituted.

EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM

Principal Rules were published in part-II, Section 3, sub section (i) of the Gazette of India vide GSR No.

177 dated 1^st February, 1980 and subsequently amended vide GSR No. 151 (E) dated 18^th February, 2000 and GSR

No.339 (E) dated 26^th March, 2016. Following the recommendations of CCS (Revised Pay ) Rules 2016 dated 25^th

July, 2016, the Government has issued instructions vide DoPT OM No. AB.14017/13/2016-Estt.(RR) dated 9^th

August, 2016 to amend the existing Pay Band and Grade Pay by the new Pay Structure.

It is also certified that the amendment from a retrospective date will not affect any one adversely as similar

provision existed in the earlier Rules.

सा.का.िन.सं.340(अ) ᳰदनांक 26 माचᭅ, 2016 ᳇ारा संशोिधत ᳰकए गए । सी.सी.एस. (संशोिधत वेतन), िनयमावली, 2016

वेतन संरचना के अनुसार संशोिधत करने हेतु ᳰदशािनदᱷश जारी ᳰकए हᱹ।

Direct Taxes (Attached and Subordinate Offices), Deputy Director (Official Language) Recruitment

(Amendment) Rules, 2016

(2) They shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1^st day of January, 2016.

In the Schedule to the Deputy Director (Official Language) Recruitment Rules, 2016 in the Attached

and Subordinate Offices of Central Board of Direct Taxes ;

(a) the following amendments in column 4 shall be made :-

EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM
