धारा-5 कᳱ उप-धारा (1) ᳇ारा ᮧद᭜ त शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, यह राय होने पर ᳰक ऐसा करना आव᭫यक है, यह

᭠यायिनणᱮत करने के ᮧयोजन के िलए ᳰक इ᭭ लािमक ᳯरसचᭅ फाउंडेशन को ‘िविधिवᱧ᳍ संगम’ के ᱨप मᱶ घोिषत करने का

पयाᭅ᳙ कारण है अथवा नहᱭ, ᳰद᭨ ली उ᭒ च ᭠ यायालय कᳱ आसीन ᭠यायाधीश माननीय ᭠यायमूᳶत ᮰ीमती संगीता धᱭगरा

सहगल कᳱ अ᭟यᭃता मᱶ ‘‘िविधिवᱧ᳍ ᳰᮓयाकलाप (िनवारण) अिधकरण’’ का गठन करती है।

New Delhi, the 15th December, 2016

S.O. 4043(E) .— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Unlawful Activities

(Prevention) Act, 1967 (37 of 1967), the Central Government, being of the opinion that it is necessary so to do, hereby

constitutes the “Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Tribunal”, consisting of Hon’ble Ms. Justice Sangita Dhingra Sehgal, a

sitting Judge of the High Court of Delhi, for the purpose of adjudicating whether or not there is sufficient cause for

declaring the Islamic Research Foundation as an unlawful association.
