का. आ. 4049(अ).- जबᳰक, दंड ᮧᳰᮓया संिहता 1973 (1974 का 2) कᳱ धारा 24 कᳱ उप-धारा (8) के साथ पᳯठत,
रा᭬ ᮝीय अ᭠ वेषण अिभकरण अिधिनयम, 2008 (2008 का 34) कᳱ धारा 15 कᳱ उप-धारा (1) ᳇ारा ᮧद᭜ त शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग
करते ᱟए, के᭠ ᮤ सरकार ने िवचारण ᭠ यायालयᲂ मᱶ रा᭬ ᮝीय अ᭠ वेषण अिभकरण ᳇ारा चलाए गए मामलᲂ, उ᭜ तर ᮧदेश रा᭔ य के
भू-भाग मᱶ िविध ᳇ारा ᭭ थािपत पुनरीᭃण अथवा अपील ᭠ यायालयᲂ मᱶ, उ त मामले से संबंिधत अपीलᲂ, पुनरीᭃाᲐ अथवा
अ᭠ य मामलᲂ मᱶ पैरवी करने के िलए ᮰ी इ᭠ ᮤ भूषण ᳲसह, अिधव ता कᳱ िवशेष लोक अिभयोजक के ᱨप मᱶ िनयुिᲦ को गृह
मंᮢालय कᳱ ᳰदनांक 11 जुलाई, 2012 कᳱ अिधसूचना सं. का.आ. 1549 (अ) के तहत अिधसूिचत ᳰकया था;
और जबᳰक, ᮰ी इ᭠ ᮤ भूषण ᳲसह ने िवशेष लोक अिभयोजक बने रहने मᱶ अपनी असमथᭅता ᭪ य त कᳱ है;
अत:, अब के᭠ ᮤ सरकार, िवशेष लोक अिभयोजक के ᱨप मᱶ ᮰ी इ᭠ ᮤ भूषण ᳲसह, अिधव ता कᳱ िनयुिᲦ को त᭜ काल
ᮧभाव से समा᭡ त करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th December, 2016
S.O. 4049(E).—Whereas, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
Section 15 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008(34 of 2008), read with sub-section (8) of section 24 of the
Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974) had notified the appointment of Shri Indra Bhushan Singh, Advocate as
Special Public Prosecutor for conducting the cases instituted by the National Investigation Agency in the trial courts,
appeals, revisions or other matters arising out of the case in revisional or appellate courts established by law in the
territory of the State of Uttar Pradesh vide Ministry of Home Affairs’ notification No. S.O.1549 (E) dated the 11th July,
2012;
And whereas, Shri Indra Bhushan Singh has expressed his inability to continue as Special Public Prosecutor;
Now, therefore, the Central Government terminates the appointment of Shri Indra Bhushan Singh, Advocate as
Special Public Prosecutor with immediate effect.
