तारीख से पांच वषᭅ कᳱ अविध के िलए या उनके सढ़सठ वषᭅ कᳱ आयु ᮧा᭡ त होने तक, जो भी पूवᭅ᭜ तर हो, िनयु᭍ त

करती है ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 16th December, 2016

S.O. 4075(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 408 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013),

the Central Government hereby appoints Justice (Retd.), Shri M. M. Kumar, as President, National Company Law

Tribunal in the pay scale of Rs. 80,000 (fixed) with effect from the 23^rd November, 2016 for a period of five years from

the date of assumption of the charge of the post, or till he attains the age of sixty-seven years, whichever is earlier.
