का.आ. 4077(अ).—कᱶᮤीय सरकार को ऐसा ᮧतीत होता है ᳰक लोक िहत मᱶ यह आव᭫यक है ᳰक तेलंगाना रा᭔य मᱶ

पेᮝोिलयम उ᭜पादᲂ के पᳯरवहन के िलए पारादीप- हैदराबाद पाइपलाइन पᳯरयोजना के ᳰᮓया᭠वयन हेतु इंिडयन ऑयल कॉपᲃरेशन

िलिमटेड ᳇ारा पाइपलाइन िबछाई जानी चािहए;

और कᱶᮤीय सरकार को ऐसी पाइपलाइन िबछाने के ᮧयोजन के िलए यह आव᭫यक ᮧतीत होता है ᳰक ऐसी भूमी मᱶ जो इस से

ऊपाब᳍ अनुसूची मᱶ वᳶणत है, और िजसमᱶ उᲦ पाइपलाइन िबछाई जाने का ᮧ᭭ताव है, उपयोग के अिधकार का अजᭅन ᳰकया जाए;

अतः अब, के᭠ᮤीय सरकार, पेᮝोिलयम और खिनज पाइपलाइ᭠ स (भूिम मᱶ उपयोग के अिधकार का अजᭅन) अिधिनयम, 1962

(1962 का 50) कᳱ धारा 3 कᳱ उपधारा (1) ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए उस भूिम मᱶ उपयोग के अिधकार का अजᭅन करने

के अपने आशय कᳱ घोषणा करती है;

कोई भी ᳞िᲦ, जो उᲦ अनुसूची मᱶ वᳶणत भूिम मᱶ िहतब᳍ है, उस तारीख से, िजसको इस अिधसूचना मᱶ युᲦ भारत के राजपᮢ

कᳱ ᮧितयाँ साधारण जनता को उपल᭣ध करा दी जाती हᱹ, इᲥᳱस (21) ᳰदन के भीतर, भूिम के नीचे पाइपलाइन िबछाए जाने के िलए

उसमᱶ उपयोग के अिधकार के संब᭠ध मᱶ ᮰ी एम. नारायणा राव, सᭃम ᮧािधकारी (तेलंगाना), इंिडयन ऑयल कॉपᲃरेशन िलिमटेड

(पाइपलाइन ᮧभाग), पारादीप-हैदराबाद पाइपलाइन पᳯरयोजना, ᭡लॉट सं᭎या 264/ए, दूसरी मंिजल, कैनरा बᱹक के ऊपर, मागᭅ सं᭎या

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 14th December, 2016

S.O. 4077(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government, that it is necessary in the public interest that for

the transportation of petroleum products in the state of Telangana, a pipeline should be laid for implementing Paradip-

Hyderabad Pipeline Project under Paradip-Hyderabad Pipeline by the Indian Oil Corporation Limited;

And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is

necessary to acquire the right of user in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid, and which is

described in the Schedule annexed to this notification;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and

Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby

declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;

Any person who is interested in the land described in the said schedule, may submit objection in writing to

Shri M. Narayana Rao, Competent Authority (Telangana), Indian Oil Corporation Limited (Pipelines Division), Paradip

Hyderabad Pipeline Project, Plot No. 264/A, 2^nd Floor, Above Canara Bank, Road No. 10, Jubilee Hills,

Hyderabad – 500 033 within twenty one (21) days from the date on which the copies of this notification issued under

Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to the general public.
