New Delhi, the 19th December, 2016
S.O. 4088(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3, 4, 5 and 6 read with Section 15(1) of the Haj
Committee Act, 2002(35 of 2002), The Central Government, hereby appoints Shri Alhaj Ebrahim Gulam Nabi Shaikhas
a member of Haj Committee of India under sub-section (ii), of Section 4 of the said Act, for a period up to 8th June, 2019
with effect from the date of publication of the notification in the Official Gazette, and for that purpose makes the
following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of External Affairs number
S.O. 2024(E), dated 9th June, 2016, namely:-
