का.आ. 4100(अ).—कᱶᮤीय सरकार, आव᭫यक व᭭तु अिधिनयम, 1955 (1955 का 10) कᳱ धारा 3 ᳇ारा

ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, औषिध (मू᭨य िनयंᮢण) आदेश, 2013 का और संशोधन करने के िलए

िन᳜िलिखत आदेश देती है, अथाᭅत् :-

1.

संिᭃ᳙ नाम और ᮧारंभ:- (1) इस आदेश का नाम औषिध (मू᭨य िनयंᮢण) तीसरा संशोधन आदेश, 2016

है।

(2) यह शासकᳱय राजपᮢ मᱶ इसके ᮧकाशन तारीख को ᮧवृᱫ होगा।

औषिध (मू᭨य िनयंᮢण) आदेश, 2013 कᳱ अनुसूची-I मᱶ, ᮓम सं. 30 और उससे स᭥बंिधत ᮧिवि᳥यᲂ के

प᳟ात् िन᳜िलिखत ᮓम सं᭎या और ᮧिवि᳥यां अंतः ᭭थािपत कᳱ जाएंगी, अथाᭅत् :-

सादेधातु ᭭टᱶट (बीएमएस)

31.2

औषध ᭃालन ᭭टᱶट (डीईएस) िजसमᱶ धाि᭜वक डीईएस और जैव अवशो᭬यवािहकाढांचा(बीवीएस)/

जैव अवᮓमणीय ᭭टᱶट सि᭥मिलत हᱹ।

उप-खंड (ii) मᱶ ᮧकािशत ᳰकया गया था और त᭜प᳟ात िन᳜िलिखत अिधसूचनाᲐ ᳇ारा उसका संशोधन

ᳰकया गया था।

का.आ. सं. 686(अ) तारीख 9 माचᭅ, 2015;

(ii)

का.आ. सं. 1233(अ) तारीख 8 मई, 2015;

(iii)

का.आ. सं. 701(अ) तारीख 10 माचᭅ, 2016; और

(iv)

का.आ. सं. 1192(अ) तारीख 22 माचᭅ, 2016

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 21^st December, 2016

S.O. 4100(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10

of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Drugs (Prices Control) Order,

2013 namely:-

1.

Short title and commencement.—(1) This Order may be called the Drugs (Prices Control) third amendment

Order, 2016.

(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

In the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013 in SCHEDULE-I, after serial number 30 and the entries relating

thereto, the following serial number and the entries shall be inserted, namely:

“ 31- Coronary Stents

31.1

Bare Metal Stents (BMS)

31.2

Drug Eluting Stents (DES) which include metallic DES and Bioresorbable Vascular Scaffold

(BVS)/ Biodegradable stents”
