पर आरओबी और इसके पᱟंच मागᲄ के िनमाᭅण के िलए िनचे दी गई अनुसूची मᱶ यथा- िविन᳸द᭬ ट, भूिम के खंड के संबंध मᱶ उ᭍ त अिधिनयम के

अंतगᭅत िजला राज᭭ व अिधकारी (डीआरओ), िभवानी को सᭃम ᮧािधकारी के ᱧप मᱶ कायᭅ िन᭬ पादन के िलए ᮧािधकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 7th December, 2016

S.O. 4103(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,

1956 (48 of 1956), The Central Government hereby authorizes the District Revenue Officer (DRO), Bhiwani as the

Competent Authority to perform the function of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of

publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 180.077 to km 181.319

of the NH No. 709 Extn. for construction of ROB and its approaches in lieu of existing railway level crossing no. C-124

at km. 181 on National Highway No. 709 Extn. at Loharu in the State of Haryana as specified in the schedule given

below.
