45-झ के ख᭛ड(ख) ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ श िᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, नीचे दी गई अनूसूची के ᭭त᭥भ (2) मᱶ उ ि᭨लिखत

अ िधका ᳯरयᲂ को इस अ िधसूचना के राजपᮢ मᱶ ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख से उᲦ अ िधिनयम के उपबंधᲂ के अंतगᭅत आने

वाले सभी कारखानᲂ तथा ᭭थापनᲂ के संबंध मᱶ उᲦ अनुसूची के ᭭त᭥भ (3) मᱶ उ ि᭨लिखत ᭃेᮢ के संबंध मᱶ उᲦ

New Delhi, the 21st December, 2016

S.O. 4108(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of section 45-I of the Employees State

Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948) the Central Government hereby authorises the officers mentioned in column (2) of the

Schedule below to exercise the powers of the Recovery Officer under the said Act from the date of publication of this

notification in the official Gazette, for the area mentioned in column (3) of the said Schedule, in relation to all factories

and establishments covered under the provisions of the said Act, namely:-
