584(अ) तारीख 25 फरवरी, 2016 मᱶ िन᭥ निलिखत और संशोधन करती है, अथाᭅत् :-

उ᭍ त अिधसूचना कᳱ सारणी मᱶ, ᭭ तंभ (1) कᳱ पंिᲦ 5 मᱶ, िव᳒मान ᮧिवि᳥ के ᭭ थान पर िन᭥ निलिखत ᮧिवि᳥ रखी जाएगी,

अथाᭅत् :-

New Delhi, the 21st December, 2016

S.O. 4101(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (iii) of the first proviso to clause (n) of section 2

of the Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the

notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Steel, number S.O.584(E), dated the 25^th February, 2016,

namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table in column (1), in row 5, for the existing entry, the following entry shall be

substituted, namely:-

“Shri A.K. Mondal,

Assistant General Manager,

Ferro Scrap Nigam Limited,

Inside Rourkela Steel Plant,

Post Box No.-19, Rourkela–769 001

Distict – Sundargarh

Odisha.”
