का.आ. 4156(अ).—जीव-ज᭠तु ᮓूरता िनवारण अिधिनयम 1960 (1960 का 59) कᳱ धारा 4 कᳱ उप

धारा (1) और धारा 5क ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, के᭠ᮤ सरकार ᮰ी रिव शंकर ᮧसाद, संयुᲦ सिचव

(पशु क᭨याण), पयाᭅवरण वन एवं जलवायु पᳯरवतᭅन मंᮢालय को ᮰ी अिनल संत के ᭭थान पर धारा 5 (1)(ज) के

अधीन भारतीय जीव-ज᭠तु क᭨याण बोडᭅ, चै᳖ई के सद᭭य के ᱧप मᱶ ᳰदनांक 07-10-2016 से 28-02-2017 तक कᳱ

अविध के िलए नािमत करती है।

New Delhi, the 23rd December, 2016

S.O. 4156(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 and Section 5A of the

Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act 1960 (59 of 1960), the Central Government hereby nominates Shri Ravi Shanker

Prasad, Joint Secretary (Animal Welfare) Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change in place of Shri Anil

Sant as the Member of the Animal Welfare Board of India, Chennai for a period from 7.10.2016 to 28.02.2017 under

Section 5(1)(h) of the PCA Act, 1960 or until the reconstitution of the Board whichever is later.
