का.आ. 4151(अ).—के᭠ᮤीय सरकार, रा᳦ीय राजमागᭅ अिधिनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) कᳱ धारा 5 ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शि᭍ तयᲂ का

ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, एत᳏ारा िनदेश देती है ᳰक रा᭬ ᮝीय राजमागᭅ और अवसंरचना िवकास िनगम िलिमटेड नीचे दी गई सारणी के ᭭ तंभ (4) मᱶ

यथा-िविन᳸द᭬ ट खंड, ᭭ तंभ (3) मᱶ सदृश ᮧिवि᭬ ट मᱶ यथा-िविन᳸द᭬ ट खंड, उ᭍ त सारणी के ᭭ तंभ (1) और (2) मᱶ सदृश ᮧिवि᭬ ट मᱶ यथा-

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 23rd December, 2016

S.O. 4151(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by section 5 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956),

the Central Government hereby directs that the National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited

shall exercise the function relating to the development and maintenance of the stretch as specified in column (4) of the

Table below, of the corresponding section as specified in the corresponding entry in column (3), of the National

Highways as specified in the corresponding entry in column (1) and (2) of the said Table.

का.आ. 4152(अ).—के᭠ᮤीय सरकार, रा᳦ीय राजमागᭅ अिधिनयम, 1956 (1956 का 48) कᳱ धारा 5 ᳇ारा ᮧद᭜ त

शि᭍ तयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, एत᳏ारा िनदेश देती है ᳰक इसके साथ संल᭏ न तािलका के कॉलम (2) मᱶ वᳶणत ᮧ᭜ येक रा᭬ ᮝीय राजमागᭅ से

संबंिधत कायᲄ का िन᭬ पादन करने के संबंध मᱶ ᮧ᭜ येक रा᭬ ᮝीय राजमागᭅ के सामने तािलका के कॉलम (3) मᱶ िविनधाᭅᳯरत कायᭅ इस शतᭅ के

अ᭟ यधीन रा᭔ य सरकारᲂ ᳇ारा पूरे ᳰकए जाएंगे ᳰक संबंिधत रा᭔ य सरकार उ᭍ त अिधिनयम के अधीन वतᭅमान मᱶ लागू िनयमᲂ का

अनुपालन करने के िलए ऐसे कायᲄ को करने के िलए बा᭟ य होगी और उस ᮧयोजनाथᭅ भारत सरकार के त᭜ कालीन पोत पᳯरवहन, सड़क

पᳯरवहन और राजमागᭅ मंᮢालय (सड़क पᳯरवहन और राजमागᭅ िवभाग), कᳱ अिधसूचना सं. का.आ. 1096 (अ), ᳰदनांᳰकत 4 अग᭭ त,

2005 मᱶ एत᳏ारा िन᭥ निलिखत और संशोधन करती है, अथाᭅत्:-

उ᭍ त अिधसूचना कᳱ अनुसूची मᱶ, ᮓम सं. 35 के िलए तथा उससे संबंिधत ᮧिवि᭬ टयᲂ के ᭭ थान पर िन᭥ निलिखत ᮧिवि᭬ टयां

अंत:᭭ थािपत कᳱ जाएंगी, अथाᭅत्:-

ᳯट᭡ पण: मूल अिधसूचना को का.आ. सं. 1096(अ), ᳰदनांᳰकत 04 अग᭭ त, 2005 ᳇ारा ᮧकािशत ᳰकया गया था और उसे िपछली बार

का.आ. सं. 3688(अ), ᳰदनांᳰकत 9 ᳰदसंबर, 2016 ᳇ारा संशोिधत ᳰकया गया था ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 23rd December, 2016

S.O. 4152(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of

1956), the Central Government hereby directs that the functions in relation to the execution of works pertaining to each

of the National Highways described in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be exercisable by the State

Government specified in column (3) of the Table against each highway subject to the condition that the State

Government concerned shall in the exercise of such functions be bound to comply with the rules for the time being in

force under the said Act and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the

Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road

Transport and Highways) number S.O 1096(E), dated the 4^th August, 2005, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Schedule, for serial number 35 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall

be substituted, namely: -
