सरकार ᭠यायमूᳶत मनमोहन सरीन, पूवᭅ मु᭎य ᭠यायाधीश, ज᭥मू और क᭫मीर उᲬ ᭠यायालय, को सरकारी राजपᮢ

मᱶ इस अिधसूचना के ᮧकािशत होने कᳱ तारीख से तीन वषᲄ कᳱ अविध के िलए या अगले आदेशᲂ तक, जो पहले हो,

को ᳰफ᭨म ᮧमाणन अपीलीय अिधकरण के अ᭟यᭃ के पद पर िनयु᭍ त करती है।

New Delhi, the 24^th November, 2016

S.O.4166(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (3) of Section 5D of the

Cinematograph Act, 1952 (37 of 1952) read with rule 43 of the Cinematograph (Certification) Rules, 1983, the Central

Government hereby appoints Justice Manmohan Sarin, Former Chief Justice, High Court of Jammu & Kashmir as

Chairperson of the Film Certification Appellate Tribunal for a period of three years from the date of publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
