शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, के᭠ ᮤीय सरकार राज᭭ थान सरकार के परामशᭅ से भारतीय ᮧशासिनक सेवा (संवगᭅ पद सं या का
िनयतन) िविनयमावली, 1955 मᱶ आगे और संशोधन करने के िलए एतारा िन᭥ निलिखत िविनयम बनाती है, अथाᭅत् :-

इन िविनयमᲂ का नाम भारतीय ᮧशासिनक सेवा (संवगᭅ पद सं या का िनयतन) चतुथᭅ संशोधन
िविनयमावली, 2016 कहा जा सकेगा।
(2)
ये िविनयम शासकᳱय राजपᮢ मᱶ इनके ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख को ᮧवृᱫ हᲂगे।

G.S.R. 1177(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the All
India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rules (1) and (2) of rule 4 of the Indian Administrative
Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Rajasthan,
hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of
Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, namely:─

(1)
These Regulations may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre
Strength) Fourth Amendment Regulations, 2016.
(2)
They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
