सरकार एतारा भारत-बां लादेश सीमा के साथ िमज़ोरम रा᭔ य मᱶ नालाब᭭ ती (लᲂगपुई घाट) िजला लᲂगतलाई को बी जी बी
ᰯप/मजदूरᲂ के िलए वैध याᮢा द᭭ तावेजᲂ सिहत भारत मᱶ ᮧवेश करने/से िनकास करने के िलए अ᭭ थाई आधार पर एक वषᭅ के िलए
ᮧािधकृत आᮧवासन जाँच चौकᳱ के ᱨप मᱶ नािमत करती है।

New Delhi, the 10th December, 2016
S.O. 4190(E).—In pursuance of sub-rule (b) of rule 3 of the Passport (Entry into India) Rules, 1950, the
Central Government hereby designates Nalabasti (Lawngpuighat), Lawngtlai District, in Mizoram State, along Indo-
Bangladesh Border as an authorized Immigration Check Post on temporary basis for one year for entry into/exit from
India with valid travel documents for BGB troops/ laborers.

एतारा िमजोरम सरकार के ᭃेᮢािधकार मᱶ नाला ब᭭ ती (लᲂगपुई घाट) लᲂगतलाई िजला मᱶ ि᭭थत आᮧवासन जांच चौकᳱ हेतु उ त
आदेश के िलए ᳰदनांक 1-1-2017 से िवदेशी पंजीकरण अिधकारी, िमजोरम को ‘’िसिवल ᮧािधकारी’’ के ᱨप मᱶ िनयु त करती है।

S.O. 4191 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (2) of clause 2 of the Foreigners Order,
1948, the Central Government hereby appoints Foreigners Registration Officer, Mizoram as the "Civil Authority" for
the purpose of the said order for the Immigration Check Post located at Nalabasti (Lawngpuighat), Lawngtlai District,
in the jurisdiction of Government of Mizoram with effect from 1-1-2017.
