सं. 29-सीए/लॉ/ड-282/2016.—चाटᭅडᭅ एकाउंटᱶ᭗स िविनयम, 1988 के िविनयम 18 के साथ पᳯठत, चाटᭅडᭅ

एकाउंटᱶ᭗स अिधिनयम, 1949 कᳱ धारा 20 कᳱ उपधारा (2) ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, भारतीय

चाटᭅडᭅ एकाउंटᱶ᭗स सं᭭थान कᳱ पᳯरषद् ᳇ारा यह अिधसूिचत ᳰकया जाता है ᳰक माननीय ᳰद᭨ ली उᲬ ᭠यायालय ने,

उᲦ अिधिनयम कᳱ धारा 21(6)(ग) के अनुसरण मᱶ, चाटᭅडᭅ एकाउंटᱶट िनदᱷश मामला सं. 5/2011 मᱶ तारीख

8 अग᭭ त, 2016 को यह आदेश ᳰकया है ᳰक ᮰ी राकेश वमाᭅ, चाटᭅडᭅ अकाउंटᱶट, ओपेरा ᭏ लोबल ᮧाइवेट िल., डी-

12/2, ओखला इंिड᭭ ᮝयल एᳯरया, फेस-II, नई ᳰद᭨ ली-110 020 (सद᭭यता सं. 082388) के नाम को, उ᭠ हᱶ उ᭍ त

अिधिनयम कᳱ धारा 21 के साथ पᳯठत धारा 22 के अंतगᭅत आने वाले ‘अ᭠ य अवचार’ का दोषी पाए जाने के कारण

एक वषᭅ कᳱ अविध के िलए सद᭭ यᲂ के रिज᭭ टर से हटा ᳰदया जाए । तदनुसार, यह सूिचत ᳰकया जाता है ᳰक उ᭍ त

᮰ी राकेश वमाᭅ का नाम 01.01.2017 से एक वषᭅ कᳱ अविध के िलए सद᭭यᲂ के रिज᭭टर से हट जाएगा । इस

अविध के दौरान, वह माननीय ᳰद᭨ ली उᲬ ᭠यायालय के उ᭍ त आदेश के िनबंधनानुसार चाटᭅडᭅ अकाउंटᱶट के ᱨप मᱶ

᭪ यवसाय करने के हकदार नहᱭ हᲂगे ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi the 29th November, 2016

(CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS)

No.29-CA/Law/D-282/2016.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 20

of The Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 read with Regulation 18 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations,

1988, it is hereby notified by the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India that the Hon’ble

High Court of Delhi has, in pursuance of Section 21(6)(c) of the said Act, in Chat.A.Ref. 5/2011, ordered on

8^th August, 2016 that the name of Shri Rakesh Verma, Chartered Accountant, Opera Global Pvt. Ltd., D-12/2,

Okhla Indl. Area Phase-II, New Delhi-110020 (M.No. 082388) be removed from the Register of Members for

a period of one year for having been found guilty of ‘Other Misconduct’ under Section 22 read with Section

21 of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949. Accordingly, it is hereby informed that the name of the said Shri

Rakesh Verma shall stand removed from the Register of Members for a period of one year w.e.f. 01.01.2017.

During that period he shall not practise as a Chartered Accountant in terms of the said order of the Hon’ble

High Court of Delhi.
