का.आ. 4194(अ) .—के᭠ᮤीय सरकार, रा᳦ीय राजमागᭅ अिधिनयम, 1956 तथा (1956 का 48) (िजसे इसमᱶ,

इसके प᮰त् उᲦ अिधिनयम कहा गया है) ᳰक धारा 3क कᳱ उप-धारा (1) ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ अिधकारᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, संतु᳥

होने के बाद, म᭟य ᮧदेश रा᭔य के सागर िजले मे रा᳦ीय़ राजमागᭅ सं᭎या 86 ( िव᭭तार) िवᳰदशा -सागर मागᭅ के

ᳰक.िम. 146/6-8. मᱶ धसान नदी के ऊपर ᮧ᭭तािवत सेतु के िनमाᭅण, अनुरᭃण, ᮧबंधन तथा संचालन के सावᭅजिनक ᮧयोजन

के िलए वह भूिम आव᭫यक है, िजसका संिᭃ᳙ िववरण िन᳜िलिखत अनुसूची मᱶ ᳰदया गया है, इसके ᳇ारा ऐसी भूिम का

अि़धᮕहण करने के अपने आशय कᳱ घोषणा करती है ।

कोई ᳞िᲦ ,जो उᲦ भूिम मे िहतब᳍ है , उᲦ अिधिनयम कᳱ धारा -3ग कᳱ उप-धारा (1) के अधीन पूवᲃᲦ

ᮧयोजन के िलए एसी भूिम के उपयोग पर सरकारी राजपᮢ मᱶ इस अिधसूचना के ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख से इᲥᳱस ᳰदनᲂ के

भीतर आᭃेप कर सकेगा।

ऐसा ᮧ᭜येक आपत् ित सᭃम ᮧािधकारी, अथाᭅत् , अनुिवभागीय अिधकारी ( राज᭭व), सागर को िलिखत ᱨप मᱶ

ᳰकया जायेगा और उसमᱶ उसके आधार अिधकिथत ᳰकए जाएंगे और सᭃम ᮧािधकारी, आपत् ितकताᭅ को ᳞िᲦगत ᱨप मᱶ या

ᳰकसी िविधक पेशेवर ᳇ारा सुने जाने का अवसर देगा और ऐसी आपत् ितयᲂ कᳱ सुनवाई के प᳟ात् तथा ऐसी और जांच करने

के प᳟ात्, यᳰद कोई हो, िजसे सᭃम ᮧािधकारी आव᭫यक समझे, आदेश ᳇ारा या तो आपत् ितयᲂ को अनु᭄ात कर सकेगा या

अननु᭄ात कर सकेगा;

उᲦ अिधिनयम कᳱ धारा -3ग कᳱ उप-धारा (2) के अधीन सᭃम ᮧािधकारी ᳇ारा ᳰदया गया सभी आदेश अंितम

होगा।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 22nd December, 2016

S.O. 4194(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) of Section 3A of the

National Highways Act,1956 (48 of 1956) (herein after referred to as the said Act),the Central

Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of

which is given in the schedule below, is required for “Construction of High level bridge over river

Dhasan on NH-86 extn. Sanchi Sagar Road at Km. 146/6-8 in the Dist. of Sagar in the State of Madhya

Pradesh “hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.

Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of

publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the

aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of section 3C of the said Act.

Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, the Sub Divisional

Magistrate (Revenue), Sagar in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent

authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal

practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if

any, as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.

Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of Section 3C of the said

Act shall be final.

The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and

can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
