NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 28th December, 2016

S.O. 4195(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and

Abolition) Act, 1970 (37 of 1970) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of

Labour and Employment number S.O. 2821(E) dated the 5th November, 2014 published in the Gazette of India,

Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii),except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such

suppression, the Central Government hereby appoints the officers specified in column (2) of the Table below, being the

Gazetted Officers, to be registering officers for the purpose of the said Act and the said officers shall exercise the

powers conferred on them by or under the said Act, within the limits of the jurisdiction specified in column (3) of the

said Table.

New Delhi, the 28th December, 2016

S.O. 4200 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Inter-State Migrant Workmen

(Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1979 (30 of 1979) and in supersession of the notification

of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment number S.O. 1614(E),dated the 16^th November,

2005,published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii),except as respects things done

or omitted to be done before such suppression, the Central Government hereby appoints the officers specified in column

(2) of the Table below, being the Gazetted Officers to be registering officers for the purpose of the said Act and the said

officers shall exercise the powers conferred on them by or under the said Act, within the limits of the jurisdiction

specified in column (3) of the said Table.

(1979 का 30) कᳱ धारा 7 ᳇ारा ᮧद᭜ त शि᭍ तयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए और भारत के राजपᮢ, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) मᱶ

ᮧकािशत, भारत सरकार के ᮰म और रोजगार मंᮢालय कᳱ अिधसूचना सं᭎यांक का.आ. 1615(अ), तारीख 16 नवंबर, 2005 को, उन

बातᲂ के िसवाय अिधᮓांत करते ᱟए, िज᭠हᱶ ऐसे अिधᮓमण से पहले ᳰकया गया था या करने का लोप ᳰकया गया था, नीचे कᳱ सारणी के

᭭तंभ (2) मᱶ िविन᳸द᳥ अिधकाᳯरयᲂ को, जो राजपिᮢत अिधकारी हᱹ, उ᭍ त अिधिनयम के ᮧयोजन के िलए अनु᭄ापन अिधकारी िनयु᭍ त

(Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1979 (30 of 1979) and in supersession of the notification

of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment number S.O. 1615(E),dated the 16^th November,

2005,published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii),except as respects things done

or omitted to be done before such suppression, the Central Government hereby appoints the officers specified in column

(2) of the Table below, being the Gazetted Officers, to be licensing officers for the purpose of the said Act and the said

officers shall exercise the powers conferred on them by or under the said Act, within the limits of the jurisdiction

Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 1979 (30 of 1979) and in supersession of the

notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment number S.O. 1613(E), dated the 16^th

November, 2005, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii),except as respects

things done or omitted to be done before such suppression, the Central Government hereby nominates the officers

specified in column (2) of the Table below, to be the appellate officers to exercise the powers conferred on appellate

officers by or under the said Act, within the limits of the jurisdiction specified in column (3) of the said Table.
