S.O. 4203(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of

Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Central Government hereby

authorizes the person mentioned in the column (1) of the Table given below to perform the functions of Competent

Authority under the said Act for M/s H-Energy Private Limited having its registered office at 514, Dalamal Towers,

Nariman Point, Mumbai – 400 021 (Maharashtra) [Address for communication: 12^th Floor, Knowledge Park,

Hiranandani Business Park, Powai, Mumbai – 400 076 (Maharashtra)] for Jaigarh – Mangalore Natural Gas Pipeline for

the area mentioned in Column (2) of the said Table:-
