नई ᳰद᭨ली, 28 ᳰदस᭥ बर, 2016
का. आ. 4213(अ).— के᭠ᮤीय सरकार, रा᳦ीय राजमागᭅ अिधिनयम 1956 (1956 का 48) (िजसे इसमᱶ इसके
प᳟ात् उᲦ अिधिनयम कहा गया है) कᳱ धारा 3क कᳱ उपधारा (1) ᳇ारा ᮧदᱫ शिᲦयᲂ का ᮧयोग करते ᱟए, यह समाधान
हो जाने के प᳟ात् ᳰक राज᭭थान रा᭔य के ᮰ी गंगानगर िजले मᱶ रा᳦ीय राजमागᭅ संया- 15 के ᳰकमी 228/800 से ᳰकमी
229/400 तक के भूखंड (सूरतगढ़ से ᮰ी गंगानगर खंड) का िनमाᭅण (पे᭪ड शो᭨डर के साथ दो लेन बनाना/ चौड़ाकरना आᳰद),
अनुरᭃण, ᮧबंधन और ᮧचालन के लोक ᮧयोजन के िलए वह भूिम अपेिᭃत है िजसका संिᭃ᳙ वणᭅन नीचे अनुसूची मᱶ ᳰदया
गया है, ऐसी भूिम का अजᭅन करने के अपने आशय कᳱ घोषणा करती है,
कोई ᳞िᲦ, जो उᲦ भूिम मᱶ िहतब है, उᲦ अिधिनयम कᳱ धारा 3(ग) कᳱ उपधारा (1) के अधीन पूवᲃᲦ ᮧयोजन
के िलए ऐसी भूिम के उपयोग पर राजपᮢ मᱶ इस अिधसूचना के ᮧकाशन कᳱ तारीख से इᲥᳱस ᳰदन के भीतर आᭃेप कर
सकेगा ।
ऐसा ᮧ᭜येक आᭃेप सᭃम ᮧािधकारी, अथाᭅत् अितᳯरᲦ िजला मिज᭭ᮝेट, सूरतगढ़, को िलिखत ᱨप मᱶ ᳰकया जाएगा
और उसमᱶ उसके आधार अिधकिथत ᳰकए जाएंगे और सᭃम ᮧािधकारी, आᭃेपकताᭅ को ᳞िᲦगत ᱨप मᱶ या िविध व् यवसायी
᳇रा सुने जाने का अवसर देगा और ऐसे आᭃेपᲂ कᳱ सुनवाई के प᳟ात् तथा ऐसी और जांच करने के प᳟ात् यᳰद कोई हो,
िजसे सᭃम पदािधकारी आव᭫यक समझे, आदेश ᳇ारा या तो आᭃेपᲂ को अनु᭄ात करेगा या अननु᭄ात करेगा;
उᲦ अिधिनयम कᳱ धारा 3 ग कᳱ उपधारा (2) के अधीन सᭃम ᮧािधकारी ᳇ारा ᳰकया गया कोई आदेश अंितम
होगा; और
इस अिधसूचना के अ᭠तगᭅत आने वाली भूिम के रेखांक एवं अन् य ब् यौरे सᭃम ᮧािधकारी के उᲦ कायाᭅलय मᱶ
उपल᭣ध हᱹ और उनका िहतब ᳞िᲦयᲂ ᳇ारा िनरीᭃण ᳰकया जा सकता है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th December, 2016
S.O. 4213(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3(A) of the National Highway
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for
the public purpose, the lands, the brief description of which is given in the schedule below, is required for building
(widening/two lanes with paved shoulder etc.), maintenance, management and operation of National Highway No. 15
in stretch of land from Km 228/800 to Km 229/400 (Suratgarh to Sri Ganganagar section) in district of Sri
Ganganagar in the state of Rajasthan, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land; and
Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this
notification in the official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of
section 3C of the said Act.
Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority namely, Additional District Magistrate,
Suratgarh, in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the objector an
opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and
after making such further enquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow
the objections.
Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of section 3(C) of the said Act shall be final.
The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected
by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
SCHEDULE
Brief description of the land to be acquired with or without structure falling within the stretch of land from Km 228/800
to Km 229/400(Suratgarh to Sri Ganganagar section) of National Highway No.15 in district of Sri Ganganagar in the
state of Rajasthan.
